About us

We are a small family business based in Ashwell village in Rutland. My name is Alan Roythorne and I started Roythorne Valeting Services in 2011 after having worked in valeting previously. My wife, Julie, trained with me over the first two years and came on board fully in 2013; we now enjoy a happy working relationship in which Julie is able to work around school hours.

Roythorne Valeting Services are about good old British quality, something that has fallen by the wayside these days!!! We want to do our best for you, not just a "quick in and out" (shortest time maximum profit) but a good honest thorough job, a job we can be proud of when we're walking away from your car.

We Pride ourselves on only using a cold pressure washer as we believe that the steam cleaners, that so many valeters use, are infact bad for the paint on the car, the heat strips off any wax / polish that may have been applied and can also melt and wash out the grease from bearings etc.

We also pride ourselves on using predominantly Auto Glym products (not cheap rubbish), Auto Glym are a British company and their products are endorsed by the likes of Aston Martin and Jaguar

We offer a large range of services for your vehicle,whether it be a Car, MPV, 4x4, Van, Caravan, or Motorhome; from an exterior valet, to an engine bay valet and up to a full detail.

Using the highest quality Karcher equipment, and products such as Auto Glym, Meguires, Muck off, Turtle wax, Race Glaze, our aim is to provide you with a quality service you will be happy with and would consider using again.
